Terms of Service

General Information

• You must be 18+ to commission me. No exceptions.• By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service. If you fail to adhere to my terms, I will no longer accept any commissions from you.• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason.• I post finished commissions on my public art galleries. If you want your commission to remain private, you must let me know before hand.

What I Will and Won't Draw

📢 I'm currently only accepting commissions of OCs or fan OCs (such as Pokémon OCs)
📢 You must provide a clear VISUAL reference(s) of your character! I do not work from written descriptions.WILL DRAW
• I am most comfortable drawing felids and canids (both feral and anthro), which includes monsters/creatures with felid/canid traits. I am also comfortable drawing women and feminine/femme presenting characters.WON'T DRAW
• I won't draw real people, mecha, complicated/detailed designs, drugs/drug use, anything that is anti-LGBT+, racist, sexist or anything that contains illegal, inappropriate or offensive content such as pedophilia, incest, etc.📢 If you have any questions, please ask me!

Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment is to be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via Stripe. Work on your commission will not begin until payment is received.• You will be sent an invoice that must be paid within a day of receiving it. You do not need a Stripe account to pay the invoice.• Refunds may be given depending on the progress of your commission;
- Full refunds may be given if your commission hasn't been started.
- Partial refunds may be given if the commission is in progress.
- Refunds will not be given if your commission is completed or near-completed.

Progress and Turnaround

• You will receive a sketch of your commission before I start the line work. Any further progress shots can be given upon request.• Turnaround will be about 1-3 weeks, depending on commission type and other factors such as my mental/physical health or real-life obligations.• Small edits may be done free of charge (ex. a small mistake on my part, such as forgetting a detail of a character's design).

Usage and Credit

• I retain all rights to my artwork and you are required to credit me.• All commission work is for personal use only. You may not use your commission commercially in any way, shape or form.• I will not provide unwatermarked/unsigned artwork.

📢 When you purchase a design from me, you agree to these terms.

• You must be 18+ to purchase an adopt from me.• Payments are in AUD. You will be sent an invoice via Stripe.• You may make changes to the design, but you cannot edit the original artwork.• I retain all rights to the original art of the design and you must credit me for it. Please do not edit the original art or remove any signatures or watermarks.• Designs are for personal use only. You may not use them for commercial use.• Designs may be resold for the original price it was purchased for. If the design is being sold with additional artwork, then the price may be increased.
